Never choose between pizza & buffalo wings again – this infamous duo is lightened up using only 6 ingredients, including a Cali’Flour cauliflower pizza crust & a Siggi’s skyr-based white sauce!
1 Cali’Flour Foods Original Italian Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1/2 cup 0% Plain Skyr (I used Siggi’s)
1 Tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix (I used Simply Organic)
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken breast (skin removed) or ~5 oz cooked and shredded chicken breast
2 Tbsp buffalo sauce (I used Tessamae’s Mild Buffalo Sauce)
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 375 ˚F.
- Pre-bake Cali’Flour pizza crust for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine skyr and ranch seasoning mix. In a separate bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Spread skyr mixture in an even layer on top of pizza crust. Top with shredded chicken and red onion.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
